With a Doctorate in Education & Career Counselling and years of focused research and practice, Dr. Suja Sailesh brings together academic depth and genuine empathy. Recognized by ICCC–United Kingdom and nominated for the Visionary Awards 2025, she has guided students and professionals from uncertainty to confident direction.

Her approach is patient, unbiased, and deeply personal. Having witnessed the long-term impact of pressure-driven career decisions, she founded Aurevia Gradus to create a space where individuals first understand who they are, and then choose their path with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
